For a long time I used to be so hard on myself, constantly comparing myself to others or feeling I should be thinner, have bigger boobs, thicker hair!
The trouble is we are often guilty of spending too much time looking outside ourselves to find a sense of who we are!
Here’s the thing I learnt and now teach women in my style coaching - you need to be true to yourself, you need to find your inner beauty and discover who you really are and how YOU want to be seen because when you do it’s like a lightbulb moment and everything starts to make sense as you become confident in being you ..
