Join Dry January the OYS way ...
No I am definitely not ditching the fizz here, just 31 days of NO spending on clothes for me - that cannot be hard this month, right ?
During January I will be styling old favourites and pieces I’ve not worn for ages from my own wardrobe - I’ll be digging deep and re styling outfits (and pulling out past photos) for inspiration to wear indoors for working and relaxing as well as taking a look at the trends for the year ahead and how I can adapt what I already own!
Time to focus and get re organised ready for better times ahead soon...
I’ll be posting wardrobe challenges along the way too so keep an eye out for them too ...
Lockdown has had an impact on our wardrobes, and for those of us who are used to dressing up for our jobs, its about balancing comfort with style. However I truly believe you can dress dungarees for a more pulled together look as well as the obvious dressed down look too, here’s what I’ve done in the diet
1 - worn with spotty blouse and white boots
2- worn with a Breton and tied a scarf in a bow
3 - worn with an oversized blazer
4 - Trench coats go with everything (well nearly) - easy to wear
5 -Classic coat and boots if you do happen to go out for milk !
6 - add a heel - just dreaming of going out (but it works) - can also be worn with a flat trainer too
All from within my own wardrobe ...
