Less is more ! The capsule wardrobe is often discussed but many people ask me, what actually is it ?

I describe a Capsule Wardrobe as a way to make your wardrobe workable, a way to wear outfits on repeat, a way to be more sustainable. A way to free your mind and be organised and avoid overwhelm.

Here's a fact - women only wear 20% of their wardrobes! eeekkkk I know but hands up if you have items in your wardrobe you've worn once or have bought a  while ago and  still  have never worn them at all???

Many women desire a capsule wardrobe but few achieve it and lets's be honest here, its not for everyone.  For some the thought of a capsule wardrobe is scary but it doesnt have to mean you have very few items at all - its about having the right items to create the outfits you want to wear time and time again!
